What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations, missed appointments, or rescheduling of an appointment to a different day within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service’s regular price.

An active credit card must remain on file with Healing House in order to reserve an appointment. This card will only be charged in the event that you cancel, miss, or reschedule an appointment on the same day and have no unused treatment credits.

All appointment requests are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to reschedule any appointments at our discretion in order to best accommodate all of our patients needs.
