What does Hypnosis feel like?
Some patients don’t feel as though anything has transpired at the conclusion of the session, while others experience noticeable physiological changes. Usually, those immersed in this state will experience a deeper breathing rhythm, with heightened senses and a cool or tingling body sensation. The conclusion of the session should provide an overall sense of well-being and comfort.

Therefore, if your partner wants you to quit smoking, the suggestion will not work if you aren’t agreeable to it. Your mind will simply reject and block the suggestion because it must be your choice. So the key word here is agreeable. The purpose of achieving the hypnotic state is to create an agreeable environment and mental state that will encourage and allow the shifting of perspective within the mind + body state.

As a general rule, Healing House recommends that new patients schedule a minimum of 12 sessions to start, scheduled one week apart. Many choose to continue Hypnotherapy treatment as a means to keep the mind + body alignment at maximum effect and efficiency.
