5.2 Booking Appointments: Appointment bookings and payments are facilitated through Mindbody, a third-party platform.   1. Credit Usage and Restrictions

6.1 Credit Selling Prohibition: Clients are prohibited from selling or transferring their credits to third parties.

  1. Rate Adjustments and Credit Conversion

7.1 Rate Adjustments: For members under a month-to-month contract, we reserve the right to adjust service rates after the contract period ends at our discretion, with or without notice.

7.2 Credit Conversion: Upon termination of your contract, any unused credits may be converted to cash value at our discretion. The conversion rate will be determined by us.

7.3 Cash Value Usage: If your credits are converted to cash value, the usage of such cash value is subject to our discretion. We may limit the application of cash value to specific services or restrict its use in any manner we deem appropriate.

8.1 Membership Discounts: Members are entitled to exclusive discounts on select products. These discounts are for the personal use of the member only and cannot be shared with others.

9.1 Product Resale: Clients are prohibited from purchasing products from us with the intention of reselling them for profit.

  1. Termination of Contract and Service Refusal

10.1 Termination for Bad Behavior: We reserve the right to terminate a client’s contract and refund any remaining credits if the client exhibits disruptive behavior, violates our policies, or engages in conduct deemed harmful to our staff or other clients. Such decisions will be made at our discretion, and we may refer clients to outside services if necessary.

10.2 Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any client based on behavior that violates our policies or disrupts the well-being of our staff or other clients. We may also refer clients to outside services if deemed appropriate.
